Anthony Petrick’s research interests focus on the optimal management of obesity, with particular emphasis on surgical care. His additional areas of interest include esophageal surgery, surgical endoscopy, and the cost-effective use of technology in the operating room. He is also engaged in research related to healthcare quality, quality improvement initiatives, and value-based healthcare models.
